How do I check the status of my Dasher signup?

Customers using DoorDash can tip you anytime you choose to accept an offer and most offers include a tip. You’ll always receive 100% of the customer tips received by DoorDash.

How do I find Promotions?

As a driver delivering with DoorDash, you'll often see Promotions in your Dasher app, which are extra ways to earn more. You can find Dasher Promotions by tapping ‘Promos’ in the Dasher app.

What is Shop & Deliver and how does it work?

With Shop & Deliver, customers can order from grocery, convenience, or retail stores, then have the order delivered straight to their door. Dashers who accept these opportunities shop in the store for the items that the customer ordered, pay with a Red Card at checkout, and then deliver the order to the customer.

Will the store associate do the shopping for me?

No, the store associate will not do the shopping. If you’re unable to find an item, you can ask a store associate for help.
