What You'll Do:

Coordiate all ew hire related activities icludig ew team member commuicatio, o-site preparatio, orietatio schedulig, ad assist leadership with oboardig questios ad tasks as it relates to ew hires.
Coducts ew employee orietatios o-site to esure employees gai a uderstadig of beefit plas, policies, ad procedures. Will also be accoutable for completig ew employee I9 forms ad audits as eeded.
Complete attedace reportig, processes time sheet puches ad payroll adjustmets to esure accuracy of time sheets. Completes shift trasfer chages. Processes chages withi time limit.
Maitais employee files, iitiates drug ad backgroud screeigs ad coducts routie file audits.
Writes, revises, edits ad proofreads compay policies & procedures ad related documets as eeded.
Uses phoe, email, bulleti boards ad other vehicles to commuicate iformatio. Produces the Compay telephoe directory.
Resposible for assigig lockers to ew employees ad maitaiig a accurate log of available lockers. Assist with, ad pla ad implemet HR ad other office evets.
Provide admiistrative support to the assiged HRBP fuctio ad local HR team. Performs other HR geeralist duties as assiged.

What You'll Need:

Preferred Bachelor's degree, major i busiess or huma resources preferred.
1 to 3 years of demostrable experiece coordiatig geeral huma resources duties required.
Must have digital literacy ad the ability to lear HRIS system (Paychex or Kroos).
Must be proficiet i MS Office products, especially Excel.
