Your role as an assistant will require a high level of organization and attention to detail. You will need to be able to prioritize tasks effectively, manage your time efficiently, and stay focused on the tasks at hand. Good communication skills, both oral and written, will also be essential, as you will be interacting with a wide range of people on a regular basis
As the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for designing, organizing and presenting information for both routine and non-routine project assignments. You will develop models, presentation decks, and visually interactive insights, focusing on critical performance indicators, opportunities, risks, and outcomes. Furthermore, as a finance business partner, this role will collaborate with different pillars of business units, such as Shopper Experience, Data, and others.
Main responsibilities:
- Understanding the business objectives and industry dynamics will enable you to make informed decisions and contribute to the growth of the eCommerce and Digital organization.
- Construct financial models, scenarios, and sensitivity analyses that enable you to evaluate multifaceted financial analyses of strategic projects; determine and quantify sales, margins, earnings, investments, and ROI.
- Develop a range of reporting tools, data analyses, and performance tracking metrics that help facilitate business reviews and decision-making. This includes mining data from various sources and creating and maintaining robust databases for generating reports.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to conduct thorough research and develop data-driven insights, custom reports, and engaging presentations. Proactively engage in internal and external communication exchanges to encourage idea sharing, strategic planning, and critical problem-solving. Analyze pre- and post-market outcomes to create recommendations that align with their business objectives. Tailor presentations to various groups (such as executive and project teams) to cater to their unique needs and goals.
- Take charge of the implementation of new technologies and guide your team through the transition process.
- Develop a deep insight into the workings of ACI and stakeholders' demands, being proactive in identifying strategies for improving services, imparting a more structured and rigorous approach to analytics, with an unwavering commitment to excellence and a keen interest in gauging the business impact of analytical outcomes.
- Manage, guide, and instruct financial experts on frameworks, ventures, norms, practices, and optimal strategies.
- Occasional travel of approximately 5% to 10% is to be expected

- Possesses exceptional data-mining proficiency, coupled with exemplary communication skills, facilitating the ability to relay findings clearly and recommend actionable suggestions to improve performance. Additionally anchored in analytical frameworks, one can adeptly prioritize tasks to solve problems. Utilizing platforms like Snowflake SQL warehouse, Power BI, and visual analytics, as well as Oracle EPM/EPB can help maximize these aptitudes.
- A dynamic and proactive professional with a flexible approach to work, combining initiative with an ability to function in either a structured or unstructured work environment, utilizing effective communication and interpersonal skills to lead and work collaboratively with teams to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Able to remain self-aware while interacting with an audience and all levels of personnel, ranging from executives to staff, business associates, and influential leaders, to convey a compelling story.
- Show a dedication to achieving high standards and a recognition of how analytical findings can impact the company.
- Impressive talent for presenting intricate data and problems in an uncomplicated, clear way.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Excel/SmartView, PowerPoint, and Word, enables seamless data manipulation, analysis, and charting.
We are seeking someone who has the qualifications and background that align with our requirements:
- A finance or related quantitative field's bachelor's degree is required. Possessing an MBA is highly desired or preferred.
- A successful track record in finance, having spent no less than seven years mastering financial modeling, data analysis, and business development.
