What youll do :

• Transporting goods to storage and staging areas demands the utilization of Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT) and other material handling equipment, operated with safety and efficiency as top priorities.
• In addition to the forklift operator's primary responsibility of operating the forklift machine, they are also tasked with performing warehouse functions such as labeling, restocking, box creation, trailer loading and unloading, and relocation of stored products.
• An efficient and accurate customer delivery process requires proper organization and fulfillment of orders.
• Producing reliable shipping records for local delivery of goods.
• The primary aim is to prioritize excellent customer service and handle every order carefully to meet the expectations of our customers.

- A set of tools for the task should be gathered:

• Being of legal age is a prerequisite.
• It is imperative to familiarize oneself with our safety guidelines and protocols to maintain a safe workplace.
• Eager to learn the correct procedures for handling PIT equipment, including but not limited to Reach Truck, Order Pick, Dock Stocker, Turret Truck, Double Walkie Rider, Walkie Stacker, and Movexx/Amigo.

In some industries, employees are expected to be able to lift heavy objects or operate machinery on a regular basis:

• The job description includes walking up to 2 miles per shift.
• Regularly engage in the physical task of lifting weights as heavy as 50 pounds.
• Apply joint effort to lift objects weighing up to 70 pounds using the optional team lift technique.
• As the standard practice, individuals should not exceed 70 pounds while employing a two-person lifting mechanism.
• Physical activities are comprised of many actions, including standing, pushing, pulling, transporting, crouching, and kneeling.
• Scale up and down stairs, if present.
