Our Opportuity:

You will support the cotiued growth of our Fulfillmet Network. Resposible for parterig with the Site Operatios team, Ivetory Cotrol, Learig, Quality, ad Facility teams to maage the etwork food safety programs. Support the implemetatio, maiteace, ad improvemet of the food safety program by providig techical leadership for pest cotrol, saitatio, good distributio practices, temperature cotrol, ad other facets of title 21 of the code of federal regulatios. You will also work cross fuctioally to perform risk assessmets ad provide guidace o corrective measures.  

What you'll do:

• Supervise food safety programs across 4-5 fulfillmet ceters

• Audit Fulfillmet Ceters (FC) o a regular cadece ad provide direct feedback to the site leadership regardig fidigs

• Iitiate ad propose closure of corrective actios take

• Provide iput for potetial prevetive ad corrective actios to be take

• Develop, implemet, ad coordiate traiig for food safety iitiatives, policies, ad procedures

• Work closely with Quality ad Supply Chai to mitigate egative customer feedback

• Provide techical metorship o pest exclusio, saitatio, temperature cotrol ad good distributio practices

• Evaluate equipmet ad activities aroud the FC etwork agaist risk assessmets ad iteral policies

• Track, tred ad aalyze data to ivestigate pest cotrol fidigs, customer complaits ad implemet strategies to improve programs ad policies

What you'll eed:

• Bachelors i Chemistry, Biology, Food Safety, Food Sciece, Evirometal Egieerig or related techical field is required

• Miimum of 5+ years i Maagig Food Safety Programs i a distributio, warehousig, ad/or maufacturig settig

• Must be a Qualified Idividual by FDA defiitio ad have comprehesive experiece of FDA regulatios ad how to apply them, specifically 21 CFR 502, 117, ad 1

• Comprehesio ad practical applicatio of risk assessmets a well as aalyzig ad verifyig record data, implemet ad lead corrective measures, ad to perform a hazard aalysis of both commodity types ad processes

• Traied i data collectio ad maagemet software (Excel, Smartsheet, Tableau, Power BI, SQL etc.)

• Strog commuicatio, partership, aalysis, judgemet, customer ad vedor focus skills

• Work optimally ad efficietly uder pressure while leadig extesive demads ad tight targets

• Experiece leadig chage i multiple site eviromets

• Must be willig to travel up to 50%
