Warehouse Workers are responsible for working alongside their team to process packages using the USPS bypass mail system with safety in mind. They must palletize cases and prepare pallets for delivery to rural Alaskan communities.

Pay commences at $18.29 per hour and will be issued on a weekly basis.

Being reliable is of utmost importance because you are an integral part of a larger team/customer group that counts on your punctuality and daily output.

Basic Work Requirements:

• Reliable and punctual
• Consistent lifting of sizeable objects, such as bulk cases weighing an average of 30lbs and a maximum weight of 85lbs
• Experienced in controlling and navigating pallet jacks and other weighty apparatus in a warehouse setting
• Competent at contorting, hunching, ducking, stretching, remaining upright, and moving around on foot throughout shifts lasting from 8 to 12 hours
• Meticulous focus on accuracy when selecting and tagging stores.

Preferred Work Requirements:

• Skilled in maneuvering various types of warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts
• I have learned that effective communication with vendors and other team members is essential in ensuring the smooth receipt and processing of DSD and Vendor POs
• Computer literacy

Job Type: Full-time

The starting pay is $18.29 an hour
