As a Seior Search Marketig Maager, you will ow oe of the largest categories i Chewy. You will be resposible for craftig, hadlig, ad optimizig PPC campaigs across multiple search egies. You will aalyze performace, ru diagostics, draft aalyses, ru experimets, optimize existig campaigs, ad build ew oes.

You will prioritize the most scalable opportuities ad through testig ad iteratio, grow a portfolio of customer acquisitio sources that are icremetal to the Performace Marketig program. You must lear quickly, move fast, quickly ru ad aalyze experimets, ad make decisios prioritized by busiess impact. You will eed the right balace of marketig ad techology experiece, as well as busiess judgmet ad techical proficiecy.

What You'll Do:

• Ow project work ad support key projects owed by Team Members across the Bosto, MA, Platatio, FL, ad Mieapolis, MN offices for the largest ad fastest-growig marketig chaels i the compay.

• Build campaigs from the groud up, icludig keyword research, competitive aalysis, ad copy geeratio, ad experimetatio!

• Moitor campaig performace, perform ivestigative aalysis, ad flag opportuities to grow or optimize performace across search marketig tactics.

• Keep our search campaigs up to date with the latest ad greatest iformatio from the site, from our iteral parters, ad idustry treds/isights.

• Test ad optimize automatio settigs, bids, keywords, text ads, ad extesios, product feeds, ad ladig pages to improve performace.

• Costatly aalyze, experimet, ad iterate to improve performace ad ucover ew opportuities.

• Build ew relatioships ad work i parallel with other subject areas at the compay.

What You'll Need:

• Bachelor's degree or higher i ecoomics, computer sciece, mathematics, marketig, or a related subject area

• 6+ years of experiece i paid search, preferably e-commerce or performace/direct respose

• Experiece leadig Google/Big Shoppig ads (Pmax)

• Experiece with aalytics platforms like Google Aalytics, SQL, or Tableau Dashboard

• Itermediate experiece i Microsoft Excel

• The ability to aalyze large datasets to gai isights ad make cofidet recommedatios

• Strog mathematical, aalytical, ad iterpersoal skills (writte ad verbal)

• Experiece with A/B ad multivariate testig ad specific actios take as a result

• Ability to optimally work together with marketers, product maagers, ad egieers alike

• A teacious attitude for learig ad tacklig ew challeges, ad a etrepreeurial/self-startig metality

• Prove iterpersoal skills, ad ability to work idepedetly with a backlog of projects ad tasks

• Flexibility for periodic travel

Base Salary Rage

$78,500—$146,000 USD
