The Solution Architect, under guidance from the CBS Data Office Lead and Operations Lead, will own and drive the design of processes and systems supporting global data management efforts. This role requires deep knowledge of project and program lifecycles and involves executing solutions with limited supervision.

1. Evaluate, design, and provide options on data architecture for CBS Data Office and related initiatives.
2. Manage project data including scope, schedule, cost, resources, quality, and risk.
3. Analyze requirements and generate project documentation and reports for leadership.
4. Coordinate meetings, presentations, and reviews with internal and stakeholder teams.
5. Monitor project progress, adjust plans based on feedback, and collaborate on solutions and project direction.
6. Potentially lead teams and projects under supervision.

• Expertise in data architecture leadership, including tools, techniques, and terminology.
• Real-world experience or detailed knowledge of data management concepts such as Data Governance, Data Quality, MDM, Metadata Management.
• Ability to document project scope, risks, issues, and changes accurately.
• Experience in end-to-end data architecture across various systems.
• Leadership skills to challenge and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, communication, and team leadership skills.
• Proficiency in translating business needs into architectural requirements.

• 5-10 years in complex project engineering or 10 years in architecture leadership roles.
• Experience with EY’s CBS functions and related systems preferred.
• Leadership experience in establishing data management capabilities.
• Knowledge of industry-standard EA frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman) is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills in English and ability to work with diverse teams.
