What youll do :
- To receive or transport goods to storage and staging areas, it is essential to operate Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT) and other material handling equipment with utmost safety and efficiency.
- Labeling, restocking, creating boxes, loading and unloading trailers, and relocating stored items to various locations are some of the additional responsibilities expected of forklift operators, aside from operating the forklift machine.
- In order to ensure an efficient and accurate customer delivery process, orders must be properly fulfilled and organized.
- Creating accurate shipping papers for domestic conveyance.
- The key goal is to provide unparalleled customer service and take extra care while processing every customer order.
The following items are necessary:
- One must have attained the age of majority.
- All workers are required to observe and comply with our safety guidelines and procedures to minimize the risk of accidents.
- Prepared to receive instruction on the safe and efficient use of various PIT equipment, including Reach Truck, Order Pick, Dock Stocker, Turret Truck, Double Walkie Rider, Walkie Stacker, and Movexx/Amigo.
The types of physical job requirements may vary from job to job but can include activities such as standing for long periods, lifting, carrying, and bending:
- Walking a distance of 2 miles per shift is a necessary aspect of the job.
- Consistently lift items of considerable weight, often reaching up to 50 pounds or more.
- Apply joint effort to lift objects weighing up to 70 pounds using the optional team lift technique.
- Most individuals tend to stick to loads of 70 pounds or less when it comes to two-person lifting.
- The physical actions of stand, push, pull, carry, squat, and kneel are fundamental in many kinds of physical activities.
- Ascend and descend the stairway, when possible.
