• Do ot egage i private discussios with fellow employees while there are customers aroud
• The goal is to complete store office fuctios accurately ad puctually by utilizig accoutig packets, ad ay discrepacies i cash amout should be promptly brought to the attetio of the Assistat Customer Service Maager
• Keep yourself iformed cocerig the office procedures which iclude but ot limited to cash reports, register audits, deposits, Wester Uio trasactios, moey orders, ad Coistar paymets
• Make sure the presetatio of the work statio ad frot ed area i the store appears clea ad orgaized
• Possesses comprehesive uderstadig of all sales associate register operatios ad frot-ed accoutig services
• Notify the Customer Service Maager of ay issues with the register fuctioig, or if the Maager o Duty is ot preset, make efficiet service calls

• Executes the duties of a sales associate, as per the guidelies of the surge pla wheever ecessary or scheduled
• Udertakes the resposibility of the customer lead, whe required, to esure that service stadards are preserved
• Esure that you remai vigilat at all times ad request additioal aid as required to cater to the customers accordig to the set service guidelies
