Your Time Management:

• Engage closely with Chewy's pharmacy customers, fielding inquiries and providing assistance through multiple communication channels. This position will mainly center around handling inbound calls and other forms of messaging.
• Utilize research and analysis skills to identify suitable solutions for client issues. Follow up diligently to ensure that clients are satisfied with the resolution.
• Engage, improve, and inspire our customers with excellent service. We are searching for employees who can represent our company by building relationships with customers, providing forward-thinking solutions, and adhering to high safety and regulation standards.

What You'll Need

• Interested candidates should have spent a minimum of one to two years working in a job that requires a strong focus on customer satisfaction
