You'll need to manage your time effectively to get everything done each day. This will involve prioritizing tasks and allocating your time wisely, while also allowing for breaks and downtime to recharge:

  • Provide direct support to Chewy's pharmacy clientele, engaging with them through a variety of communication channels and addressing any questions or concerns. This role will primarily involve handling inbound calls and other forms of correspondence.
  • Dedicate time and resources to researching and problem-solving to determine appropriate solutions for customer needs. Regular follow-up is crucial to achieving customer satisfaction.
  • Achieve awe-inspiring customer service. Ideal employees will have remarkable customer engagement skills, ability to think critically to deliver winning resolutions, and comply with rigorous safety and regulatory requirements.
